PODR is a companion app for tracking game state during tabletop play. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your email address, used for login and account identification.
• Your display name, if you choose to provide one.

Game data (player names, health, tokens, and colors) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to the app.
• To identify your account if you request support.
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen under "Danger Zone." This action cannot be undone.

Security

Authentication is handled securely by the platform. We do not store passwords. Game state never leaves your device.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
